I am a licensed clinical social worker with a private practice located in Southaven, MS. I am licensed to practice in the states of Mississippi and Alabama. I have 29 years of experience in couples, individual and group therapy. I meet people where they are in their therapeutic journey using traditional psychotherapy techniques and Biblically based truths to help them develop healthier coping skills and more appropriate ways to deal with the challenges in their lives.

Couples focused therapy designed to identify problem areas contributing to a breakdown in communication leading to difficulties in the relationship.
Premarital Counseling
These therapy sessions are designed to: help identify strengths and weaknesses in the relationship, help integrate individual backgrounds and experiences, and identify common goals for a successful marriage.
Individual Counseling
Therapy sessions designed to work one on one with an individual to identify areas of struggle and provide a safe, confidential environment to explore emotions and behaviors.
Telehealth Counseling
Video call therapy sessions available for Couples, Premarital and Individual Counseling.
